I am on a journey to find a workout that works! I will post all of my findings here. The ones that work... and the ones that don't.

I am still doing the slim and 6 dvd and I am doing much better. I can go through the entire dvd without stopping. I can actually feel myself getting stronger. After the first day I was super sore, so I had to give myself a break the next day. But now... I'm feeling great!

So I tried the Slim and 6 workout DVD... and it kicked my butt. It was awesome! Even though I couldn't do the whole DVD, I feel pretty good about it. We will see.

Today I went to the gym and walked 8 min at 4.2 mph at a 2.5 incline. and jogged 2 min. at 7 mph. in the middle of my walking. 4 min walk, 2 min jog, 4 min walk. It was definately difficult. I think tomorrow I will have to slow my jog down to 6 mph.
I then went on the elliptical for 5 min. at 4.5 speed. Not too bad but my legs definately felt the burn. Finally I went on the bike for 5 min. at a 5 difficulty going 85 rpm. This was actually the easiest one because I was sitting down... However, I needed to remember to keep my rpm up in order to burn any calories. For the last minute on the bike I went 100 rpms. Feeling good!
