Day 2

I woke up this morning at 7am... little ones don't let you sleep in. But that's ok, I don't need to be wasting my day with sleep anyway. I had a slimfast right when I woke... they're great when you just need something early in the morning to get your metabolism going. Then my family went to the gym. We were there for about a half an hour and got some great workouts in. Anyway... I'm feeling good and drinking my water. Remember to drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin in the morning. All in all... it was a good day
current weight - 176 lbs.
